SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PrepCo. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering from us.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 8-15 business days Europe: 12-20 business days Rest of World: 15-25 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier. You will always receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch email.

Customs and Import Charges International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. PrepCo has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch email please contact us at sales@getprepco.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
